1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website icmcoaching.com (the “Website”) and the provision of coaching, training, certification and related services by ICM Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using and/or enrolling in our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or enroll in our Services.

2. Eligibility & Use

  • You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us, or if you are acting on behalf of an entity, that you have the authority to bind the entity.
  • You undertake that your use of the Website and participation in Services will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules in the UAE.


3. Enrolment, Payment & Fees

  • When you enrol in a programme, you agree to pay the fee specified in the course or programme description.
  • Payment must be made according to any payment plan we specify.
  • We may suspend or cancel your access if payment is not received or is declined.


4. Access to Services

  • Once you have completed registration and payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services (including any online portal, materials, recordings) for the period specified.
  • You may use the materials provided for your personal or your organisation’s internal training purposes only. You shall not:
    • Resell, re-license, distribute or publish the content without our prior written consent.
    • Copy, reproduce or permit others to copy or reproduce the content except as permitted under these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services (or parts thereof) at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.


5. Your Responsibilities

  • You shall provide accurate, current and complete registration and payment information and update it promptly if it changes.
  • You shall keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.
  • You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner in all interactions (online, in-person, group sessions) and to comply with any rules we communicate.
  • You shall not use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to hacking, harvesting data, infringing copyright, or distributing malware.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the Website, the Services, the course materials, logos, trademarks, designs, and any content we provide (unless otherwise noted) are owned by or licensed to ICM Coaching.
  • All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership in the materials.
  • Any unauthorized use of our materials may result in termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.


7. Refunds & Cancellation

  • Our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations, no-shows, withdrawals, refunds and transfers. By enrolling you agree to that policy.
  • Unless otherwise stated:
    • If you cancel before the course start date you may receive a partial refund (as per the policy).
    • After the course commencement, no refund may be available.
    • We may cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrolment, force-majeure or other reasons; in which event you will be offered a full refund or credit for an alternative date.


8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services and Website are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without any warranty of any kind whether express or implied.
  • We exclude all liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any damages (direct or indirect), loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
  • Our aggregate liability under these Terms (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.


9. Conduct, Prohibited Use & Termination

  • You shall not use the Website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to: interfering with or disrupting the Website or Services; uploading viruses; harvesting data; impersonating others; posting defamatory or obscene content; infringing third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, with no refund unless otherwise required by law.
  • On termination your license to use the materials ceases and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials.


10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time (for legal, regulatory, technical or business reasons). We will post updated Terms on our Website and indicate the effective date.
  • Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes you must stop using the Website and enrolment.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Emirate, e.g., Dubai].


12. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver of any right or provision in these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ICM Coaching.
